After having bought a complex in Proviso Complex, I realised that I have a very good access to all the important points of Mumbai, especially hospitals and shopping complex. Moreover, it is a luxury apartment, and at this price, it could not have been any better.

The Proviso Complex is very strategically located and has a close proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. I am able to get access to several transport mode, which looks like a fair deal for me. My office is a lit bit far from my house. But I manage it.

I wanted a flat with premium bathroom fitting and Proviso Complex looked like a fair deal. It has Acrylic Emulsion on the wall, which adds to its luxury. The building is very well-maintained and I am satisfied.

For my safety and budget, Proviso Complex fits the best. I share an apartment with two other girls, and it is important for us to know that there is always CCTV/Surveillance support. I am very satisfied.
