According to me, this place is nice for a residential region. This is a fast-developing residential area with lots of commercial opportunities. Many commercial hubs will be open here soon and lots of residential apartments of mixed budget will come to finish quickly. This locality faces a water shortage which leads the locality to depend on water tankers.

I had been living here with my parents in a house for 7 years. Basic amenities like schools, clinics, banks, ATMs, and local vegetable markets are available nearby the location. This locality has properly maintained parks and playgrounds with well-maintained roads. This place has good security with low crime reports and people are safe enjoying their nightlife. This locality is prone to waterlogging during monsoons and creates big traffic problems.
