The furniture is also sized perfectly for this smaller sized apartment. I haven’tchanged any positionings, but I’ve added some lamps since the room canseem dark if you’re trying to do paperwork in the evening. As for the rest of thedevelopment, it really is very nicely planned out.
There’s a gym on the grounds with a lot of equipment, and I often meet a lot ofmy neighbors there. A swimming pool is also included (and surprisingly keptclean every day). The actual facilities have to be the best part. It comes withthe usual power backup and 24 hour water supply so those aren’t tooimpressive.
Songbirds however also provides you with a PNG supply. I also reallyappreciate the car washing bays as my celerio picks up a lot of dust from theBavdhan roads. I would recommend this development to everybody if you’relooking for a quiet place centrally located and close to Paud road.
I’ve seen some of Skyi’s other properties while scrolling through apartmentsand I have to say, they seem to do very good work. I was looking for atemporary place to stay in Bavdhan as I have a project here and chose a 1BHKroom at Songbirds, mostly because of its central location.
I deal with a lot of buildings for work and even so I’ll admit I am very surprisedgiven the significantly upscale quality of this development. My apartment is335 sq. ft. and yet feels wide because of the way it's laid out.
