This project is nice. But the price seems high compared to similar projects.

The boutique setup feels exclusive and well-planned. I feel slightly far from existing metro line.

I appreciate VDB’s boutique sizes in North Bangalore. Inclusion of gym, kids' pool/play area, rainwater harvesting, 24×7 utilities boosts buyer confidence.

Location near ORR and reputed schools is compelling. VDB’s reputation reassure me.
