Ghodbunder was always my main choice as a Thane resident for so long. This project appealed for its easy access to my office through the Eastern Express Highway. It takes me less than one hour. Malls and hangouts are not that far and project amenities are also good.
I will strongly recommend to all clients in Thane and even in MMR looking for good-budget and spacious layout. You can easily go to Eastern Express Highway, WEH is also accessible, metro is coming up, all hospitals like Wockhardt nearby. Good from future appreciation point of view.
I wanted to invest in one property in Thane and this project was the ideal option in terms of size and the configuration I am getting. Upcoming metro line will boost property price I feel and also the Eastern Express Highway is near. Poddar International and many other schools are there so family wise it's also a good deal.
This project developer was very friendly and communication was nice from beginning. Has kept updated on progress also. It took me around 10-15 minutes to go to the Eastern Express Highway from here. So that part is fine and G Corp Tech Park is nearby, lot of interest from IT guys here.
See Ghodbunder is the hottest location right now in Mumbai-Thane market. So it was a natural choice when I looked at other options. Pricing seems fair and my main attraction was the fact that the airport is about 30-35 minutes away. That does it for me since I fly frequently and can't stay near the airport due to obvious rate issues.
I admire the green landscaping and the serene rooftop meditation area.
All good, but the parking area assigned was pretty cramped for larger vehicles like SUVs.
Security is good with CCTV and intercoms. And, of course, the rooftop running track is my new go-to relaxation spot.
I love the swimming pool, rooftop meditation platform, and children's play area. I adored the location.
I like how this project marries value and lifestyle. The jogging track on the rooftop and party lawn are a rarity at this price.
