The thoughtful inclusion of a large play area in Cosmos Enclave is commendable, staying on a high-rise, it shouldn't be challenging for kids to gain access to places they could be themselves and play. There is an indoor games room as well and my kids were thrilled to see it.
Safety has been the focus of Cosmos Enclave. I love how they have implemented a firefighting system and intercom facility in all the community areas. Moreover, offers a very well-maintained community clubhouse for the guests to relax and unwind.
Even though Cosmos Enclave is marketed as affordable housing it is not that they have not to focus on convenience. Cosmos Enclave provides all residences with 24 X 7 security, backup generators as well an uninterrupted treated water supply.
I loved that each apartment room at Cosmos Enclave was beautifully pained with acrylic paint that compliments the flooring made of vitrified tiles and gives a nice finish to the apartments. The architecture seems sound with a low chance of degradation over time.
Cosmos Enclave in Thane West provides a wide range of top-notch amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, badminton court, and cycling track, all of which are conveniently located on the premises for the residents that too at a very affordable price point. Metro Station is a lit bit far from this apartment.
