Another plus point about the locality is that the residential land here is affordable and is preferred by the people working on the outskirts of Bangalore due to its affordability. 

The locality offers excellent connectivity through the network of city buses that commute to all the adjoining areas and to the other suburbs of the city. The locality also hosts some tourist spots of the city along with green recreational spaces, enhancing the greenery. 

What’s Not Great About the Locality

Amongst its few cons, the shortage of water supply is a long-lasting problem here that has been persistent and does not seem to be going away anytime soon. Due to this, the residents are forced to rely majorly on private tankers for their water supply. Another shortcoming can be the lack of bus connectivity to Whitefield and Hebbal which are two of the major commercial hubs around.

The roads in the locality are severely affected by potholes and are broken in several places, which not only pose a threat to the safety of commuters but also lead to an ineffective traffic management system. 

Physical Infrastructure And Liveability Index

Most zones of the locality are equipped with a 24/7 surveillance system that ensures the safety of the residents alongside the often-seen police patrolling vans. The road network of the locality, although extensive, is also pothole-ridden with broken footpaths. This is a major setback in the road network system here. However, the presence of the Devarabeesanahalli Flyover has been a major help and has helped diversify the traffic. With 4 existing metro stations and another upcoming ORR metro line shall boost connectivity even further.  The water supply of the locality needs to be improved as the shortage of water supply has forced the residents to depend on private tankers, and the exploitation of the water supply has led to a shortage in the groundwater levels. In a nutshell, the liveability index of the locality can be said to be decent.

Kadubeesanahalli proudly hosts some of the best 4 and 5-star hotels in the city including Aloft, Courtyard by Marriott and Radisson Blu. It also has some great schools such as New Horizon Gurukul, Geetanjali Olympiad School and Insight Academy School which are some of the most reputed schools in the locality.
