I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the project.The construction quality and style are excellent, and the roomsare built to make the most of their space. I thought it would becramped living in a 1BHK apartment, but it is surprisinglyspacious.
I have to mention the great amenities you get at Lodha Veneziaespecially. The development is located in the posh Parel locality,so there is rarely noise outside my window or near thedevelopment. On top of that, you can easily reach the EasternExpress highway in a few minutes if you are trying to get to work.
Multi-level parking is available here as well, which completes thepackage. Besides the location, the Venezia also has a powersupply backup, great water supply. So, we have As a result, we do not face these essential problems. It's a very impressive project.
I haven’t used the sports facilities yet, but there is an excellentgym along with a yoga area and a separate jacuzzi and sauna. Iusually spend my evening chatting with the other residents orplaying pool in the clubhouse. Overall, I can say that I am prettyhappy about Venezia.
I am happy with the rooms and the amenities and the conciergedesk takes immediate care of any problems I have. Wouldrecommend this for single working men as the apartments aredecently priced, and you can blow off steam chatting, playingsports, swimming, or just walking on the beautiful lawns aroundthe property.
