I think it is a great investment. Its excellent location in Parel, with spacious residences and state-of-the-art facilities, makes it extremely attractive.
I love the 83% open areas atmosphere. Having retail shops on the premises is an added convenience, making everyday chores a breeze.
Lodha Primo boasts great amenities and a good location. But also I thought the rent was a bit high.
The amenities of the project are great, and connectivity is an advantage for my daily work. But some maintenance issues bother me.
