The Mumbai and Bangalore highway being just 0.8 Km away makes the complex highly accessible from many connecting roads that provide easy accessibility to the heart of Pune city and is a well-developed area where you would find everything for your daily needs.

The vitrified tiling and beautifully painted walls with Acrylic Emulsion make each apartment distinctive and make it a cosy place. The bathrooms are also sized well and come with all premium fixtures at an affordable price point hard to find elsewhere.

During my visit to Atul WesternHills Apartment, the most thoughtful thing in my opinion is the large parking spaces for all the residents and extra spaces for visitors as well. As it is hard to find a secure parking spot these days even if you live in complexes, it was very good to see ample spaces for all in the complex.
