    VTP Bluewater is a well constructed project
    VTP Bluewater is a project that has great amenities such as gymnasium, swimming pool, play area, club house, lift etc.The materials used in this project has been sourced in-house so that quality control is strictly maintained for better value of money. This project is a luxury Enclave that offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments that are quite spacious and well ventilated.

    VTP Bluewater is nearby great malls
    Malls and supermarkets like Gangotri corner, Jyoti freshmart, VTP town square, Golf Lounge, Jeelo fashion etc. are all nearby.Many hospitals and pharmacies are also within close proximity. Restaurants like Marina Café, Hotel Yogi, Hotel Kanji,the Ruby Hilltop etc are all located within 7 km from the project. Reaching all important parts of the city is easy from this location.

    VTP Bluewater is located near civic infrastructure
    Reaching to any place from VTP Bluewater is very easy as it has great connectivity. Being located at a prime location in Mahalunge, it is close to various civic infrastructures as well.It is surrounded by the ITcorridor proposed that it will have companies like persistent Technologies, TCS, Hitech City etc. It is just 1.5 km from Hinjewadi and 1.2 km from Shivajinagar.

    VTP Bluewater has a range of wonderful amenities
    VTP Bluewater is a huge project offering an array of wonderful amenities like swimming pool, gymnasium, play area, lift, club house, car parking, CCTV cameras etc. Safety is ensured in the compound and 24x7 security is available. Residents will have access to all facilities and amenities within the compound.

    Fantastic residential and commercial development
    VTP Bluewater is one of the best residential cum commercial in Mahalunge. It is a vast project spread across 100 acres. It is located near the beautiful banks of Mulla Muttha River with magnificent views from each window. It is one hour away from the Pune International Airport. Sanskruti School is located nearby this project.
