I am very impressed with the quality of the rooms in Saarrthi Skybay. The locality isBalewadi in West Pune, so it is a little far from most of the offices, but I will mention theespecially great quality of life in the apartments here.
The room design is excellent and made to be especially wide. Even the 1BHK apartmentslike mine start at 660 sq. ft., so they are significantly bigger than most 1BHK apartments inPune. Connectivity wise it is best to have a car or office pickup if you are staying at theSkybay as it can take a few minutes to get to the NH48 road.
I love the fact that we get beautiful manicured lawns all around the development as well aslots of greenery around the place. There are lots of open-air activities like a swimming pool,tennis court, and yoga air where you can stretch out.
The amenities are pretty much standard grade. There is a power backup of course and atreated water supply with running water throughout the day. The guard booth makes theproject feel secure, and I can enjoy my weekends in the beautiful clubhouse.
I was looking for a mix of a quiet life and fun neighbours, and thankfully the Skybay is able tocome with both.Families will love this place though as there are many good schools nearby. The Skybay is also not very congested and is generally very quiet so it is the kind of place I love.
