The vitrified tiling and beautifully painted walls with Acrylic Emulsion make each apartment distinctive and make it a cosy place. The bathrooms are also sized well and come with all premium fixtures at an affordable price point hard to find elsewhere.
The architecture of the Atul WesternHills Apartment blends both traditional and modern architecture to create a feeling of opulence. The apartments are well laid out and provide spacious living areas and come in 2 configurations of 2 BHK- 856 sq. ft and 3 BHK-1224 sq. ft.
During my visit to Atul WesternHills Apartment, the most thoughtful thing in my opinion is the large parking spaces for all the residents and extra spaces for visitors as well. As it is hard to find a secure parking spot these days even if you live in complexes, it was very good to see ample spaces for all in the complex.
