The price of Lodha Belmondo property is much low. I can’teven imagine property at this price in Pune. It is available atapproximate price of 5800 Per Sq. Ft. Onwards. It is one ofthe biggest project offering 25 towers.
I have booked a 4 BHK apartment in Lodha Belmondo. It isreally big in size. I liked both 2 and 3 BHK flat here. The 4.2Kms from Pune Bypass. Hence, we can connect to every partof the city easily.
Lodha Belmondo is around 3.4 Kms from Old Pune MumbaiHighway. In such connecting place, we can an apartment atgood price. For this reason, connectivity rating of LodhaBelmondo is 6.6 out of 10. For modern amenities, lifestylerating is much higher here.
Convenience to the expressway is great, but occasional noise from traffic is a drawback.
Construction quality is excellent and amenities are quite good too. The interiors could have been even more contemporary-looking, though.
The clubhouse is excellent also my favorite one, But weekends it is little crowded. I hope they provide more facilities.
