I enjoy having a property in Sector 46 very much. Being around Huda City Center and Cyber City thrills me. I advise Cloudnine Hospital and Amity International School. Third Wave Coffee is where I prefer my coffee. Unfortunately for all of us local people, bad drainage and fractured inside roads definitely irritate us.

For family living, I strongly advise Sector 46 to my clients. I emphasise Park Hospital, Artemis Hospital nearby, and great schools. I note that Cyber City and Golf Course Road offices are conveniently available. I underline bus and metropolitan connections. Internal roads, parking rules, and power backup systems need rapid upgrading.

I am very pleased living in Sector 46. Daily shops, markets, schools, gyms, and nearby amenities appeal to me. Frequently, I take local buses as well as the HUDA City Centre metro. Walks in Tau Devi Lal Park appeal to me very much. I have faith in Park Hospital. Traffic, parking problems, road dust, and power outages confront me.

Sector 46 has delighted me and my family. We have been here for quite some time now, and the place feels very developed. The property appreciation has been tremendous, and multiple gated communities and top projects have been coming up here, with great amenities too. International schools and other infrastructure are also present here, while the planned nature of the layout makes it a good place to live in. Of course, there’s rampant construction going on, which means the open nature of the layout is slowly changing. But the overall feel is still nice.

I will give a big thumbs-up to Sector 46. Living here has been easier than I imagined, thanks to the amenities in my gated society, and also my friendly neighbours. I’ve driven down the Sohna Road and NH-48, both of which are quickly accessible nearby. Also, the HUDA City Center or Sector 53-54 metro junctions are not hard to access (you can do it in about 15-20 minutes in good traffic). Multiple markets have come up near our complex here, while some hospitals and schools are also situated within a 15-20-minute radius. Investment-wise, it has been a good bet for the future, and livability has also been going up day-by-day. I just want the authorities to fix the waterlogging problem here.

I have to say that residing in Sector 46 is like being at the center of Central Gurgaon. I am highly satisfied with the security here and the ready access to several corporate parks such as Unitech Cyber Park. The location stands out with its excellent blend of peaceful residences and business comfort, preferred by families and working professionals alike, and the HUDA City Centre Metro Station is easily accessible by drive. I personally love the great schools, hospitals, and plenty of greenery due to the neat and well-managed local parks. Nevertheless, I have noted two major disadvantages, such as heavy traffic jam at peak hours. Additionally, I feel the authorities have to take care of the local drainage system since waterlogging is an ever-present hassle.

I am a broker who resides and sells houses in Sector 46, Gurgaon and I prefer its central attraction. The locality is positioned near Sohna Road, NH48 and Golf Course Extension. HUDA City Centre and transport connectivity are in close proximity. Schools, medical facilities and neighborhood malls are convenient for families. New residential developments provide contemporary apartments while the prices are affordable as compared to high-end sectors. Small tree pockets and parks provide clean air between constructed blocks. Roads are generally good but have been reported broken footpaths and uncovered drains, which have an impact on security. I suggest Sector 46 to buyers who look for central location and affordability. Two areas of improvement are enhanced road and drainage maintenance and more organized large commercial office complexes nearby.

The Sector 46 locality is coming up fast, and I am happy to be investing here for my future settlement. My own residential community is quite peaceful, and I find it quite easy to access the HUDA City Centre Station for the metro access. The Sohna Road, NH-48, and Golf Course Extension Road are all easy to access too. DLF Cyber City, where I work, is about 10-12 km away, while my spouse works at Sohna Road, which is even closer. Medanta and Artemis Hospitals, Amity and Manav Rachna, and Ardee Mall are all within close range. The only wish that I have is that the construction work gets over speedily, and that the road noise and dust come down.

We are near the best schools and lovely green parks, such as Tau Devi Lal, making morning walks a delight. The commercial center is very convenient to access, and the competitive rates for such a prime area was a huge plus when we purchased. Enhancement of the local drainage system to eradicate monsoon waterlogging would really make this otherwise well-cared and vibrant locality perfect.

It's very comfortable and family friendly living in Sector 46, Gurgaon. I appreciate the nicely planned design, broad roads, and green spaces in parks such as Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park and Radha Krishna Park. Netaji Subhas Marg, Sohna Road, NH 48, and Huda City Centre Metro at a few kilometers distance. Places like Amity International and DPS International, along with hospitals like Artemis and Fortis, make life a cakewalk. Huda Market and malls in the vicinity offer shopping and dining facilities. Improvements needed are Sohna Road traffic in peak hours and irregular water/electricity supply at times. On the whole, Sector 46 is a safe, happening, and well-linked area I recommend highly.

Positives: I have to say this industry was a great place to bring up a family; it was safe and luxurious, with just the right amount of peaceful residential living amidst excellent connectivity to the city center. I always loved how connected we were, with Huda City Centre metro station within easy reach, and thoroughfares such as Sohna Road readily accessible. The clean parks and gardens, such as Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park, were a stunning haven, and the Huda Market was a bustling destination for eating out and shopping. The older builder-floor flats sometimes had spasmodic water and electricity supplies, and the overall maintenance of the footpaths also had to be improved, particularly during the monsoons.

Positives: I have truly realized how accessible and tranquil this location is after purchasing my flat in this good sector of Gurgaon. The area is well-connected in the center with proximity to the HUDA City Centre metro, Golf Course Road, and Sohna Road, making it easy to travel. The area is quiet, clean, and green with numerous parks nearby. Schools, local markets, and hospitals are at a short distance, which enhances the comfort of residing here. The neighborhood is welcoming and extremely safe, even during nighttime. Only the internal roads should be improved in their maintenance, and parking lots could be managed effectively. On the whole, Sector 46 balances comfort, connectivity, and home-like ambiance to perfection.
