It appears as though civilization is situated inside a vast, verdant park with clean air. There's a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and indoor activities. The greatest thing is that parking is entirely underground. It's quiet here because not many cars can be seen outside. Society is pleasant to stay in and nicely furnished. There is a good amount of walking space and a wide range of plants planted in the open areas.

Members have convenient access to the clubhouse, a ten-minute grocery delivery, parking spaces, lots of greenery, birds, and stunning sunset views. Great location to call home. I have spent around 2.5 years living here. It's a serene and lovely spot. This is a great area to jog or walk in the morning. It features an excellent club house with loads of features. Tennis courts and volley ball courts are examples of sports facilities. Larger homes offer plenty of open space for activities like swimming, cricket, strolling, and playing. The only negative is that the rent is rising annually. As tenants, this is becoming increasingly challenging. Otherwise, it is surrounded by nature in a quiet, pleasant area far from the bustle of the city. There is a lot of greenery all around this location. If the rent stays low, I would want to stay longer.

This low-rise, roomy flat in Electronic City Phase 1 is kept up well. But I had two main concerns: The route from Valenkani Road, or the major road in Electronic City, to the location is a relatively short 500+ meter length. The main issue is this. The complex is wired with high tension. Even if it is limited to one side, it is ultimately dangerous. Please be careful! No complaints about the flats.

I like spending time with my daughter and son-in-law, who have been staying here for some time. The only problem with the property is the stench of a drainage system, which is noticeable for a certain distance down the road. Other than that, it's a great place with lots of amenities and friendly people. All in all, there are a lot of trees and kind people everywhere you look. Nice place for us!
