Residents appreciate the green environment and community life, and for many it offers good value compared to newer projects in the area. At the same time, the development has faced delays in completion of some towers, issues with fire and occupancy clearances, and complaints about water quality, lift maintenance and parking management. Some towers are fully occupied and functioning while others still have finishing work pending.
