ATS Greens Village is a residential project in Sector 93A, Noida, developed by ATS Infrastructure. It is a ready-to-move-in society known for its spacious apartments, greenery, and amenities. It offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments, along with a limited number of penthouses and individual villas.It offers good connectivity via the Noida Expressway and is close to important areas like Sector 83 Metro Station, Jaypee Hospital, and various schools and markets.
ATS Green Village city is well connected to the Okra BirdSanctuary and the Great India Site. It will also seamlesslyconnect to Wave Shopping Center and Gardens GalleriaShopping Mall. You can enjoy good connection with nearbynatural beauty. The open space is enjoyable.
ATS Green Village has good construction plan. ATS GreenVillage is a village that will be built on an area of 17 acres. Itoffers 740 apartments spread over 17 acres. It is one of thehealthiest place you can find. The place is ideal forretirement life. Also good for young age groups like me.
The building plan can be obtained from the building owner orfrom the association secretariat after the partnershiphousing association is established. The building plan ATSGreen Village was attractive to me. The city has three BHK-4BHK apartments ranging in size from 1,300 square feet to2,806 square feet.
ATS Green Village is appropriate for all kinds of age group. Italso has a series of facilities such as clubhouse, gym,swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, garden, mosque andsupermarket. Many homeowners want to live incommunities where they can walk to the shops and exercisefreely in their neighborhood. The village city give you thechoice.
ATS Green Village has vast areas with sidewalks, low trafficand far from the city center will attract buyers who want toget around without having to rely on cars. Privacy is anotherimportant thing that needs to be taken seriously. ATS GreenVillage provides good privacy.
I’ve been dealing with apartments in ATS Village, Sector 93A for quite some time, so I’ve seen it from both a buyer’s and tenant’s point of view. The society is one of the greener and better-kept ones on the Expressway side — mature trees, large open lawns and a very clean campus. The clubhouse, pool, gym and children’s areas are maintained reasonably well and families do feel secure here. Like any older development it has a few quirks: there’s no metro at the doorstep so you rely on cabs or personal transport, some older flats have seepage during monsoon and lifts can be slow at times. But maintenance does respond, and overall it still offers a calm environment compared to many newer societies. From an investment or rental point of view, units here tend to stay in demand because of the location, layout and green cover. For end-users who want a mature, family-friendly society and don’t mind a short drive to the metro, ATS Village remains a solid option.
