I’ve been dealing with apartments in ATS Village, Sector 93A for quite some time, so I’ve seen it from both a buyer’s and tenant’s point of view. The society is one of the greener and better-kept ones on the Expressway side — mature trees, large open lawns and a very clean campus. The clubhouse, pool, gym and children’s areas are maintained reasonably well and families do feel secure here. Like any older development it has a few quirks: there’s no metro at the doorstep so you rely on cabs or personal transport, some older flats have seepage during monsoon and lifts can be slow at times. But maintenance does respond, and overall it still offers a calm environment compared to many newer societies. From an investment or rental point of view, units here tend to stay in demand because of the location, layout and green cover. For end-users who want a mature, family-friendly society and don’t mind a short drive to the metro, ATS Village remains a solid option.
