But maintenance does respond, and overall it still offers a calm environment compared to many newer societies. From an investment or rental point of view, units here tend to stay in demand because of the location, layout and green cover. For end-users who want a mature, family-friendly society and don’t mind a short drive to the metro, ATS Village remains a solid option.
