Emaar Marbellas neighborhood is very nice in Gurgaon. I like shopping and I get
the M3M Cosmopolitan and Airia Mall nearby. Weekends will be fun taking the
kids to the adventure and nature parks here. Also, special mention for the salon and
coffee house. Great for catching up with my gal pals. Overall project feels secure
enough and good job on the interior space. I like how big my home is, literally it
feels good after the pandemic.

Wanted project with great amenities and zero congestion. Emaar Marbellas seems
to provide it and I appreciate things like the coffee shop, swimming pool, club

The villa design is excellent and I love the lawns that we get, along with the open
areas, trees, gardens, patio, and everything else. Very European in its overall
design and appeal (Spanish as the developers say). Value for money in my opinion,

The best thing about this project is the location in Sector-66. I can reach my office
quickly through the Golf Course Extension Road and Golf Course Road. Then
there is the Sushant Lok Metro Station nearby. Connectivity-wise it is sorted, with
so many schools, markets, and hospitals nearby as well.

I am impressed by the construction quality and premium fittings offered by Emaar
at the project, which I had expected of course. And the location is fitting,
considering that it is a posh locality in Gurgaon. Special mention for the lovely
design style and the sheer amount of space that we have on campus. I wanted the
