Hospitals and restaurants are also nearby which comforts the residents. A positive atmosphere makes it worth living.

Loophole about the location is that markets get close very fast. Auto rickshaw services are also closed after 9 pm.
I have rented a house close to the locality and the location is good. Murbad is quite free from air and water pollution. The environment is peaceful. Temples, markets, rivers, and lakes are in nearby areas. One can make money through the appreciation of property. There are good restaurants as well where people can enjoy delicious food at an affordable price. One drawback about Murbad is that the connection of the mobile is very slow.
