I adore living here because the surroundings are really contemporary. Being near my job and Upvan Lake is pleasurable for me. For pupils with prominent institutions close by, I see great simplicity. But I run into issues with sluggish trash collection and heavy traffic at the Majiwada flyover exit in this region.

My experiences are wonderful here. Daily travel on Thane railway station is what I do. For families, I advise this sanctuary. Viviana Mall close to me makes my life simple. The great noise levels from the main road in this area annoy me as well as the heavy junction traffic.

I view Majiwada as Thane's heart, I propose it. My own encounters reveal how much my customers enjoy the fast access to Eastern Express Highway and Viviana Mall. The vegetation close to Upvan and Yeoor appeals to me. For the area, though, I think the rent is a bit high yet reasonable. Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

For everyday needs, I am happy with Jupiter Hospital and Bethany Hospital being close, as well as schools such as Singhania and DAV nearby. Even late at night, I feel secure here. I am a permanent resident in the local area of Majiwada in Thane. The area is rich and there are many schools in the area and there are many hospitals in the area. The area is very beautiful and great for living and is very close to the Thane railway station. Narayan e-Techno college and Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers are some of the best colleges in the locality.

Positives: I find the rent is very expensive here. Living near Bethany Hospital and the several IT parks gives me actual experiences that are great. This is quite a top-tier area.

Negatives: I struggle with waterlogging during rains, exorbitant monthly upkeep, and very packed public buses at rush hours, though.

Positives: I lived nearby Ghodbunder Road for work. I admired the atmosphere and had a wonderful experience with Lodha schools. Medical facilities seemed to me to be first-rate.

Negatives: But the area felt too busy during storms, and the drainage was poor. It absolutely needs more open walking areas, less dust, and better internal roads.

Positives: I selected Majiwada because I favoured the central location. Mumbai's excellent connection to the surrounding Jupiter Hospital assisted me a great deal. I liked to find tranquillity here at the nearby Upvan Lake. For my family, it was incredibly easy.

Negatives: Bad peak-hour traffic, packed buses, and insufficient public park access abound.

Positives: I am at ease living Majiwada. Moreover, I see consistent growth all around me. The proximity of roads, malls, and hospitals allows me to save time, which I enjoy. The city's position and metro plans contribute significantly to property values here continuing to be high. For morning strolls every day, I like the trees near Upvan Lake. Families and working people would be well suited by this region, I have to say.

Negatives: In other areas, though, I see a lack of appropriate crosswalks. In certain routes in this region, the timing of garbage collection seems erratic. I also think public open areas have limits and require better in this regard.
