I live here because this area is famous for the International Airport. The strong advantages are the wide roads and quiet environment. I feel the planning is very modern. I am near Akash Hospital and Oxford School. My disappointments are the very high cab fares and lack of local markets.

Owning my house in Devanahalli makes me quite happy since my life here is more serene and less congested. My surroundings have vast terrain, greenery, and a subdued airport-side ambiance. Hence this place strikes me very appealingly. Strong connection is something I appreciate since I easily travel through NH-44, buses, and projected STRR highways to get to Kempegowda Airport. Weekend trips to Nandi Hills and fresh air are something I value. Given increasing demand and rentals, I believe my investment is justified. Faster development of shopping areas and public transportation choices is what I see as being most important.
