I provide railway access, broad roadways, and secure zones. Nearby malls and MIDC offices are underlined by me. Parking strain and peak-hour traffic have to be better.

Also, the major roads are all there, the D-Marts, schools, hospitals, markets, restaurants, and more. The Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City has anyway made it a desirable location. Yes, there’s some waterlogging too, but there’s not as much congestion, and the roads are wider. I find it nice to live here actually.
