Commutes were reduced by roads like Link Road and the Western Express Highway. Weekend strolls nearby Sanjay Gandhi National Park and little local parks appealed to me. With malls, markets, and local stores close at hand, shopping was easy. Good schools, restaurants, and friendly nearby vendors made life really pleasant. Accessible were Kandivali and nearby Goregaon offices and commercial hubs. Close by several multispeciality hospitals and clinics ensured dependable healthcare. Kandivali West is a lovely, seasoned area with a real community feel not found everywhere in Mumbai. Excellent safety precautions including police patrols and bright street illumination have me very comfortable. The fantastic shopping and entertainment access, especially near Mahavir Nagar and Raghuleela Mall, where everything is only minutes away, is my favorite feature. For daily travels, the linking through S.V. Road, Link Road, and Kandivali station is excellent. Filled with excellent hospitals and schools, the neighborhood is quite family-friendly. But the heavy traffic congestion at major intersections during rush hour, which can impede all else, absolutely begs consideration. I highly recommended this area to living.

I find Kandivali West really good as a locality. If you think of connectivity, there is the metro and railway access nearby, along with so many social amenities. We have reputed schools, banks, hospitals, markets, and malls within a very short radius. Also, the development of numerous residential projects has completely transformed the neighbourhood in the recent years. Of course, crowds, congestion, and high pollution are some factors that should be highlighted in terms of the issues. I will personally give full marks to Kandivali West. This locality is excellent for staying in Mumbai without compromising on your budget. The metro station access is there, along with quick connections to the Western Express Highway and the Link Road. This makes commuting so easy, while the railway station is also present here. I feel that connectivity-wise, it is one of the top destinations, since the prices are affordable in comparison to several other so-called posh Mumbai localities. All the necessary social infrastructure is there within a short distance as well. The only problem I have faced here is the waterlogging during the monsoons.

I personally love the experience of staying in Kandivali West. The metro station is present here, while both the Link Road and Highway are also easy to access. I also take the train from the railway station at times. From Ryan International School to Cambridge, many reputed institutions are present in the vicinity, while top healthcare centers are also present here. Raghuleela Mall and many other shopping centers can be accessed within just 10-15 minutes from the neighborhood. However, waterlogging is one of the biggest issues faced by people here, followed by traffic jams. Otherwise, the area is developing into a coveted residential location.

Kandivali West is a good place to live in, considering its strategic location. So, for starters, I am a frequent visitor to the Infiniti Mall in Malad West. It is just 9-10 minutes away from my home in Kandivali West by car. This is a major advantage for me, since I am more of the shopping mall type who prefers lounging around. Also, the Marve Beach is about 17-20 minutes away from the locality. This is a good place to relax and watch the sunset each day. My workplace in Goregaon is also pretty accessible from Kandivali West. So, everything is sorted for me, at least.

The region providing excellent value for money when compared with other Western Suburbs, and the infrastructure is highly developed with great hospitals and educational institutions in proximity. Swami Vivekananda International School. The proximity of the Kandivali Railway Station and future metro routes makes travel convenient, while the overall civic social infrastructure hums with shopping centers and nightlife. The only single big plus for civic development in the future that requires attention is the safety perception of residents, which needs to be improved through more security and regular police patrols.

I used to live in Kandivali West, and I always felt that it provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It was well-equipped with good schools, hospitals, and shopping centers such as Raghuleela Mall and Mahavir Nagar market that facilitated daily living. I enjoyed the fact that it was so well connected by the Western Express Highway and suburban rail, and traveling to other regions of Mumbai was a breeze. The area consisted of numerous serene residential pockets with a good amount of greenery and well-laid-out parks. The evenings at the seafront area opposite Charkop were soothing and peaceful. It was as if a secure and vibrant neighborhood. But I feel enhancing footpaths and providing more public sitting spaces would make Kandivali West an even more resident-friendly area.

I enjoy having my apartment here in Kandivali West. It's a genuine neighborhood, not one of those high-rise suburbs. The life here is terrific, with Raghuleela Mall and so many good schools, such as Kapol Vidyanidhi, literally next to my door, making life convenient for my family. The connectivity is the biggest plus point; being near the railway station and having access to both Link Road as well as SV Road, commuting becomes efficient, and the property price seemed okay for Mumbai. I like the value for money and solid community feel. But we badly need the authorities to resolve the heavy traffic jams close to the major intersections in peak hours. It is the biggest sore point here.
