I find Kollur famous for its luxury high-rise gated communities. I am located right on the ORR. My experiences with high rental yield are amazing. The upcoming Tellapur techno-city extension looks great. My major disappointments are the slow sewage work and the lack of a proper local police station.

I live in this beautiful, rising area. My experiences are good because I am near Gaudium School and Continental Hospital. I enjoy Lahari Resorts nearby. Rents are very cheap for me. However, the lack of piped water and poor mobile network bother us every day. I hope things improve soon.

I see good facilities like Birla Open Minds and Samashti International School, and nearby hospitals like Continental. I see future metro plans. I warn my clients that there is limited public transport and few shopping hubs.

Negatives: I am concerned about urgent road repairs and the dust from heavy construction trucks which I really dislike.
