    Living so close to the Hinjewadi IT Park gave me such a strong sense of purpose. Wakad was a vibrant place. The wonderful road system, including the Mumbai Highway, and the planned Metro Line 3 offered flawless future connection made my experience there very practical. In our neighbourhood, safety was never a concern. With respected schools like Euro School and dependable healthcare at Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital, the region had strong social infrastructure development. Entertainment was easily accessible at Xion mall not far away. Daily life was needlessly stressful because of limited water supply and heavy peak-hour traffic congestion. The difficult city services Despite those fundamental civil growing pains, it was a booming, well-placed spot.

    I selected this locality because it is exactly next to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. It significantly lowers my travel time. Though the rental pricing here is reasonable given everything's access. In my opinion, this area is Pune's top, very useful IT corridor. I like the growth of the region, which includes the numerous parks and the hope of the forthcoming Metro Line 3 for smooth urban transit. From Star Bazaar for purchasing to excellent eating alternatives like Barbeque Nation, all needs may be found. The neighborhood is active; safety is good. My primary worries are the intense traffic congestion during rush hours and the consequent elevated pollution levels that demand strong regulation.     This amazing place appealed to me when I purchased my house there for its excellent connectivity, modern infrastructure, and proximity to major business centres and lifestyle conveniences. I am certain about value and comfort given the future subway expansion and broad roadways. Being back home in minimal time after stepping outside for a fast shopping excursion or café visit is my most loved element. More green open areas inside the residential developments and more constant water supply throughout peak summers are two little things I would like to see changed. Still, I really advise Wakad as a place to live and invest.

    Positives: I think I relocated for a Hinjewadi IT employment. Daily transportation becomes rather simple thanks to the bus, PMPML services, and a great many of automobiles. I can say Mumbai-Pune Expressway road links are easy. A brief journey brings me to hospitals such as Alpha Superspeciality, NRS, and Aditya Birla Memorial. I can confirm that my purchasing requirements are covered by Xion Mall and Vision 9, and nearby are my markets. For work commutes, I believe the Hinjewadi and Pimpri office centres are nearby. I can point to some modest parks with good tree cover nearby.

    Negatives: Living here, I believe, costs less than in downtown Pune. Still, I would say quick repairs are required for traffic during peak hours and drainage. I suppose generally living here suits me.
