All in all, it’s a very good deal. The rooms are 1BHK to 3BHK, I think, and pretty affordablegiven they are located in Electronic City.

I also liked the fact that Smondo has places to spend your offtime as well. The lavishlydecorated dance room and clubhouse are great for blowing off steam. I haven’t been thereyet, but this development also comes with an observatory deck where you can see the starson a clear night.

You will also find a very helpful concierge desk, and the receptionist on duty is always happyto deal with any problems I have with my apartment.

I will talk about the rooms first. They are wide, spacious, and already come fully furnished soyou do not have to buy much. An on-site water supply and power backup makes sure youare fully comfortable in your new home and don’t have to spend time in the dark. There arealso high speed elevators to take you to your apartment, so forget about climbing long flightsof stairs.

It is the most affordable development I’ve seen in Electronic City yet. I don’t know if you have heard, but these days it has started becoming impossible to find anaffordable housing development in Bangalore’s congested Electronic City (about 4km awayfrom Hosur Road). That is why I was glad when I found this great place to live, which hassurprisingly turned out to be a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
