It is the most affordable development I’ve seen in Electronic City yet. I don’t know if you have heard, but these days it has started becoming impossible to find anaffordable housing development in Bangalore’s congested Electronic City (about 4km awayfrom Hosur Road). I also liked the fact that Smondo has places to spend your offtime as well. The lavishlydecorated dance room and clubhouse are great for blowing off steam. I haven’t been thereyet, but this development also comes with an observatory deck where you can see the starson a clear night.

All in all, it’s a very good deal. The rooms are 1BHK to 3BHK, I think, and pretty affordablegiven they are located in Electronic City.
