Mostly as an investment, I chose this project. The setting first appealed to me. Long-term benefit comes from Bannerghatta Road. Sobha's building criteria, its creative planning, and lovely site struck me. Their previous efforts have been seen. Schools, hospitals, and malls are already present. That lowers the next risk. Rental demand from local companies and professionals is what I want. I'm not here right now. The neighborhood appears to have a good safety record. My worry centres on civic maintenance. Some paths and roadways call for work. Daily movement would be greatly aided by better traffic discipline and lighting around this region. Once these get better, the project value ought to remain robust throughout.
