Having inspected a number of projects, I chose Sobha Magnus. I appreciated the tight planning and minimalist design. As far as I am concerned, daily life is well served by Bannerghatta Road. The bus connectivity and road access attract me. To me, the metro at Jayadeva and future stations are important. I rely on Sobha for workmanship and build quality. That faith was a major driving factor. Low density feel and premium layout make up my USP. Apollo Hospital is near to Fortis Hospital. Royal Meenakshi Mall is quite close. There are open pockets and trees left in the region. I feel it is secure. In certain areas, my letdown lies in road illumination and footpath condition. These need fast mending.
