I picked this location and this beautiful project because the heart of Gurgaon will soon be the Dwarka Expressway. Most appealing to me are the big interior park and the green theme. In their prior fields, the builder seems to have exhibited excellent performance. Basic amenities like Royal Oak School and many hospitals are already relatively close. Ten years is the length of my investment strategy, after which I would sell at a significant profit. My house seems extremely safe for the gated neighborhood. My chief worry is the absence of an adequate rubbish collection facility in the adjacent region. Though not a current resident, I follow development carefully.
