I picked this location and this beautiful project because the heart of Gurgaon will soon be the Dwarka Expressway. Most appealing to me are the big interior park and the green theme. In their prior fields, the builder seems to have exhibited excellent performance. Basic amenities like Royal Oak School and many hospitals are already relatively close. Ten years is the length of my investment strategy, after which I would sell at a significant profit. My house seems extremely safe for the gated neighborhood. My chief worry is the absence of an adequate rubbish collection facility in the adjacent region. Though not a current resident, I follow development carefully.

I love this area for its quietness and remoteness from the bustle of the metropolis. The transportation system is good as the close by vast road is excellent. BPTP is in my opinion a trustworthy builder; I have confidence in the workmanship they offer. The main USP of GAIA is the vast open space and the intelligent home plans. Signature Hospital is really nearby, and Huda City Centre is the closest metro station. The region appears to be really green and secure. The sluggish development of regional markets is what frustrates me. I believe the streetlights must be fixed right away.
