It is quite a stunning, elegant with its ultra-luxury finish and avant-garde contemporary architecture. M3M India is renowned for high-end quality and is a trusted developer in NCR. Sector 97 is strategically located for safety and access to the Expressway, providing peaceful, green living away from city centre commotion. Schools such as Lotus Valley and hospitals such as Max are easily within reach. The high-end finish and high ceilings were the most impressive. It is a very expensive, upscale project with a high-end clubhouse, several pools, and a golf course. Offices such as Bhutani Techno Park are within reach, and the proposed Film City in the vicinity indicates massive future infrastructure expansion. A negative is the limited present-day access to close-by local amenities such as smaller stores.
