Residents benefit from being near Ardee City and great connectivity. However, my experiences indicate that the internal drainage and road surfacing definitely need significant improvement for all my future clients.
I suggest this locality to office goers because of nearby hubs like Unitech Cyber Park. Residents get great facilities like markets and schools within reach. I see great advantages in the resale value here. Still, I believe the local authorities must repair the broken footpaths and improve the municipal water supply immediately.

Every day I take Sohna Road and Golf Course Road; I travel utilising HUDA City Centre Metro Station, which the majority of residents use. For medical requirements, I rely on Artemis Hospital; I see IILM University students nearby. I lease here because my workplace is in Cyber City and the travel is still manageable. I like tree-lined streets and green parks and feel secure at night. Frequent power outages start to bother me. I believe urgent improvement of internal roads and water supply stability is required.
I advise this locality because I believe Sector 52 is a secret treasure for families searching for a calm existence close to the hubbub. The position near Golf Course Extension Road makes it very unique for commuters, in my opinion. For the simple entry to the Sector 54 Metro station, I recommend it. I notice locals content with prestigious schools close, like Artemis and the rumored Ardee School. As gated communities ensure that everything is safe, I believe the area is rather safe late at night. For morning runs, I like the local neighborhood parks. For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.
Living in Sector 52 makes me very happy because my experience here is balanced, tranquil, and useful for daily life. With expansive inner roadways, lush parks, and tidy residential areas, I believe this area looks exquisite. I like great connectivity from Golf Course Road and Sohna Road and easy access to the Rapid Metro. Knowing Artemis Hospital and Fortis Memorial are near, along with institutions like DPS and Heritage, gives me security. Even at night with gated neighborhoods and live security, I feel secure here. I appreciate restaurants, nearby malls, and parks. With strong returns and consistent rental demand, I believe my investment is worthy. At rush hours, I advise enhanced traffic management; quick road repair is advised in several segments.
