I think Sector 52 is famous for its connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road. I get amazing rental yield from corporate employees. My experiences with the friendly neighbourhood are excellent. Upcoming commercial projects look great. My suggestions address two disappointments, including frequent power cuts and the need for better public parks.

I live in this beautiful, central area. My experiences are great because I am near Artemis Hospital and Amity International School. I enjoy hanging out at Hong Kong Bazaar. Rents feel quite worth it for the location. However, I suggest improving the street lighting and clearing the daily garbage piles.

The position near Golf Course Extension Road makes it very unique for commuters, in my opinion. For the simple entry to the Sector 54 Metro station, I recommend it. As gated communities ensure that everything is safe, I believe the area is rather safe late at night. For morning runs, I like the local neighborhood parks. For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.

Positives: Two years in Sector 52 have found me to like it very much. For my budget, I find the area extremely inexpensive. My Cyber Park office is close by. The simple metro access and Ardee Mall nearby suit me.

Negatives: During road smells and rains, I had severe waterlogging.

Negatives: I get very angry with bad drainage, regular power outages, and damaged interior roads. It gets messy.

Positives: I find the safety and proximity to W Pratiksha Hospital very good. My experiences are positive because of the nearby schools and markets. I love spending weekends at WorldMark Gurgaon. The greenery is nice.
