Supertech 34 Pavilion in Sector 34 is a mid-size gated society with 2 and 3 BHK flats. The biggest plus is its location – right next to Noida City Centre metro, schools, hospitals and markets. Inside, there is good green space, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool and courts for sports. Security and power backup are there, so daily living is easy.
On the flip side, some residents complain about maintenance not being regular and about a drain on one side of the complex that can smell in summer. Traffic noise from the main road is also noticeable in some flats. A few people also say build quality is average and registry status should be checked carefully before buying.
