Sports courts appear professionally designed. I only wish price breakdown was more understandable.

Metro and expressway access attracts me. I also love the sprawl clubhouse and yoga deck.

I’m impressed with Ace Hanei’s four‑side openness, only two flats per floor, top finishes and big balconies. Clubhouse and sports amenities are strong selling points.
