The 3 and 4 BHK apartments are very spacious and range from 2540 to 3280 sq. ft but come with limited furnishing. The structural integrity is good and has been constructed with quality materials but I did notice some electrical issues in some of the apartment rooms that need a bit of repair and can be easily done.
