Daily I travel Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway; many locals discuss the future Metro Line 4, which I await. For emergencies, I rely on Jupiter Hospital; nearby VPM Polytechnic is visited by a lot of students. Here, I lease for my work on the Thane and Powai side, and travel seems easy. The vegetation close to Upvan and Yeoor appeals to me. For the area, though, I think the rent is a bit high yet reasonable. Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Weekend movies are something I love walking with my buddies to Viviana Mall for. I find the interior of my residence to be appealing.

The major thoroughfares are rather congested. I am concerned regarding the dark internal lanes and the absence of late-night transportation. The most serious problem requiring resolution, I believe, is waterlogging during monsoons.

Strong connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road, and rapid access to Thane station and buses are things I find great. For everyday needs, I am happy with Jupiter Hospital and Bethany Hospital being close, as well as schools such as Singhania and DAV nearby. Even late at night, I feel secure here. Relaxing time at Viviana and Korum Mall, and the beautiful foliage close to Yeoor Hills is absolutely what I love. With consistent rental demand, I feel sure my investment is justified. I am advocating rapid upgrades in the Majiwada junction traffic and parking administration.

The area offers many well-maintained hospitals like Mauli hospital, Aditya Hospital, and so on.
The road condition of this area is very well maintained and the transports are time maintained but the roadsides are not cleaned properly.
