The area is regarded as the best of kandivali borivali and malad like it is the area where people from mumbai come.Most of the families here that live are gujrati and the people are really good.Also the buildings are very well maintained and hence it has become a prime area to have a property.spacius homes with facilities are found here and no power cuts or water shortage is seen here.Also a lot of grounds,hospitals and eateries are around to make it the best possible area to live in.the D mart store right in the middle of mahavir nagar is a cherry to the cake and eateries= are many.

The main reason is public like a lot of people come and eat at places causing a lot of mosquitoes and garbage which stinks all over night.Also, there are people that come from a long distance to eat here making vehicle traffic to grow and hence parking and traffic increases and it is the worst on saturday nights.the shop owners of eateries keep their business on till midnight which is a nuisance Also with more vehicles and garbage pollution is a bit high over here than other places and it is 24 hour noise zone.
