The rooms of the Simran Heights Chembur are well-designed and optimized living areas. They are also well designed and the bathrooms are well fitted with premium fixtures which are highly appreciated at this affordable price.

The inclusion of more sports options as amenities would have been better as it would have provided more recreational facilities. But due to space scarcity focus is given more to spacious apartments than recreational amenities.

The basic convenience includes a treated water supply, power generators during power cuts, a well-maintained lift, and security. Open green spaces are limited but do include a kid's play area.
