Went for a site visit after hearing about this project from a friend. I was mainly looking for a 3 BHK and liked the floor plan and space offered here. My wife was more impressed with the kids' areas and clubhouse facilities. There is still construction activity around the project, so you have to imagine how everything will look once completed. For us, the location and overall planning were the strongest points.

I visited The Prestige City Hyderabad with my family recently and really liked the overall scale of the project. The apartments felt spacious and the number of amenities is impressive, especially if you have kids. Rajendra Nagar also works well for us because of the connectivity. Since the project is still under construction, there is some waiting involved, but overall it felt like a good option for long-term family living.
