For my kids, I am glad to have good schools like DAV Public School as well as excellent hospitals like Panacea and Pioneer close by. Even in the evenings with streetlights and frequent police patrolling, walking around makes me feel secure. Given strong rental demand, I believe my investment here is reasonable.
