The construction quality of this society is simply amazing. The quality of the fittings and the materials used are of the highest quality. The look of the project is very up-market and modern. Also, the floors are styled with vitrified tiles which makes the look of my apartment very stylish. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Parks and well-kept greenery surround the construction site. The compact rooms include several windows and glass terrace doors to allow as much natural light as possible. I moved into Unique Greens Ghodbunder Road keeping in mind the amenities that I will get and also the close proximity to my office.

I'd say this project is best for small families and couples, given the size of the rooms. My family fits perfectly in my 615-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment (my wife and son). The amenities here are extraordinary. We get the kid's pool as well.

Its best feature is how quickly you begin to feel at home at Unique Greens Ghodbunder Road. The entire two-bedroom flat I live in is decorated in cozy, peaceful colors. I was extremely happy to see that the kitchen was big enough.
