AI Generated Summary
The project offers a great design and a wide range of amenities, including squash, cricket nets, coffee lounges, and a large clubhouse with pools and courts. Its location provides excellent connectivity, especially to the Shamshabad corridor and Vaishnaoi's entry point. However, the project suffers from a long wait time until 2030, which raises concerns about EMIs and maintenance costs, and the availability of public transport is currently limited.
