Impressed with the quality of rooms and amenities provided here at Disha Courtyard. Apartments are spacious considering they are located in Whitefield’s expensive residential sector. You also get an emergency power backup which has saved me more than once from having to sit in the dark.

I’m very happy with the quality of the apartments and the services provided but in my opinion what makes Disha Courtyard really special is the well connected location. It is in Whitefield so you can hop on the I T P L main road and reach many schools and shopping malls easily.

Disha Courtyard gets a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. I have been living here for a month and I don’t have any complaints about the place. The staff are super friendly and helpful and it even has guards and full CCTV coverage so residents can feel safe. My 2bhk apartment is well lit, ventilated, and feels relaxing to come home to after work.

Single guy living alone so I settled for a 1BHK apartment in Disha Courtyard. Amenities here include a power backup and 24-hour water supply which deals with two of Bangalore’s biggest problems. Love that there is a little clubhouse and party hall for residents to socialize in.

Rest of the apartment is airy and well lit, and with the 24*7 water supply we don’t have to suffer from Bangalore’s horrible water problems. There’s also a large open-air pool!
