    Happy with it
    I was a little anxious about my father loving the home I was about to buy at Provident Capella but thank God he liked it and there’s no looking back now! My senior citizen father was actually looking for some time off from a hectic work schedule that had kept him traveling across the country for many years. The project offers open space, senior citizens’ area, herb and aroma gardens and much more. There is plenty of space to walk around in the morning and outdoor areas to relax. He liked the club house as well so I think we are going to have some fun together in the swimming pool also! Little more daily necessities like supermarket/essentials store could have been there but overall good.

    Overall satisfied
    Would have loved the metro station to be a little closer by although the upcoming station is less than 30 mins away. The whole area is developing fast and I like the fact that I can access International Tech Park in around half an hour from here since it’s my workplace. What the missus loves is the presence of many shopping malls around here so we can get all basic necessities in quick time. Overall good experience so far.

    Full marks to Provident for having come up with this spacious property. The inside is really spacious and there are many outdoor areas which I’m looking forward to relaxing in. There is the barbeque corner which is a must for my New Year parties and also for Diwali! Also, the Aroma Garden and Herb Garden are great places to relax with a cup of tea in morning. I only wanted some peace and quiet and I’m glad I could get that in Whitefield.

    As the father of two children, I’m really happy that this project makes an effort to keep our children entertained and also offers some educational facilities. The sports library is a great idea and so is the dedicated e-tuition zone, adventure sports zone and fresh air tower among other things. I’m happy that my children can grow up in the right ambience with amenities thoughtfully tailored for them. Rest everything is decent.
