The development is primarily residential, consisting of 84 individual plots. We have three designated park areas, labeled PARK-1, PARK-2, and PARK-3, strategically placed throughout the layout for open green spaces, including 'Approved Layout Park in Sy No 15', 'Approved Layout Park in Sy No 8', and 'Approved Layout Park in Sy No 23'.

• The primary access points are the Existing 80 ft Road and a 60 ft Road, both located on the western side of the development.
• Internal road networks include 40 ft and 30 ft wide roads, ensuring smooth movement within the layout.
• The project benefits from external connectivity to Kanakapura Road (0.5 km) and the NICE Peripheral Ring Road (3.0 km).

• We've implemented durable wide Black -Top Roads and modern LED street lights throughout the project.
• All electrical systems and water connections are laid underground with cabling for a clean aesthetic, supported by a Transformer Yard.
• The development includes a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), a Storm Drain Network with concrete drains and slabs, and provisions for Rain Water Harvesting (RWH).
• You'll also find colourful flowering avenue plantations, contributing to the green environment, along with a dedicated Waste Management system.

• The layout features a total of 84 sites.
• Site sizes include 20X30 (9 sites), 30X40 (22 sites), and 30X50 (27 sites), alongside 26 odd-sized sites.
• Road widths vary from an Existing 80 ft Road and a 60 ft Road at the periphery to internal 40 ft and 30 ft roads.
